Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

To participate in the Repopilot.ai Partner Program, you must agree to these Partner Terms and Conditions ("Partner Terms"). You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions as stated on our website when you apply to or participate in the program.

At any moment, Repopilot.ai may revise or change these Partner Terms. You are deemed to have accepted any revised terms by your continued participation in the program.

Who Can Take Part?

To join the Repopilot.ai Partner Program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Enter complete and accurate registration data.
• Keep a current partner account.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Repopilot.ai reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any partner application at its sole discretion.

Partner Duties

By joining Repopilot.ai as a Partner, you agree to promote Repopilot.ai professionally, ethically, and transparently.

Partners are required to:

• Represent Repopilot.ai authentically.
• Use approved marketing materials where appropriate.
• Be upfront with your prospective clients.
• Adhere to applicable advertising and marketing regulations.
• Maintain the reputation and brand integrity of Repopilot.ai.

Tracking Referrals

Repopilot.ai provides unique referral links and tracking systems for tracking referrals. To be eligible for commissions:

• The customer you refer must use your unique referral link.
• You need to have been successfully tracked as a referral in our system.
• You must be a paying subscriber to the service.
• The subscription payment must be successfully processed and in good standing.

Repopilot.ai is not liable for lost, inaccurate, or untracked referrals due to technical issues, browser settings, ad blockers, or incorrect referral links.

Commissions

Eligible Partners can earn recurring commissions on qualifying customer subscriptions. Commission rates, payment schedules and eligibility requirements are subject to change at the discretion of Repopilot.ai.

Commissions will only be paid for successful and valid transactions. You won't make a commission on:

• Reimbursement
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Suspicious transactions
• Cancelled subscriptions
• Walk-ins
• Accounts opened in violation of these terms.

Payment Terms

Commission payments will be made according to the payment schedule provided within the Partner Program.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for complying with any tax obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Repopilot.ai reserves the right to withhold payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or unusual activity in referrals.

Prohibited Activities

To preserve the integrity of the Partner Program, Partners shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, unethical, or unlawful activity. Affiliates and partners must NOT:

• Post false or misleading ads.
• Use spam email marketing or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Use Repopilot.ai trademarks, trademark terms, or confusingly similar variations in paid search engine marketing campaigns.
• Create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or self-referrals to collect commissions.
• Misrepresentation or false advertising concerning Repopilot.ai features, pricing, functionality, capabilities, or services.
• Use deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal promotional methods.
• Posting fake reviews or false endorsements.
• Impersonate Repopilot.ai employees, representatives, or support personnel.
• Do anything that may damage the reputation of Repopilot.ai.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated from the Partner Program, any unpaid commissions being cancelled and you may not be eligible to earn commissions in the future.

Use of Brand

Partners may only use Repopilot.ai logos, trademarks, and marketing assets as authorized by Repopilot.ai. Partners might not:

• Alter official logos without authorization.
• Develop websites, domains, social media accounts, or advertisements that could cause confusion as to ownership or affiliation.
• Claim to be acting as an employee or official representative of Repopilot.ai.

All intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Repopilot.ai and its owners.

Program Modifications

Repopilot.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Partner Program, including commission structures, referral tracking methods, eligibility criteria, and payment schedules. Active partners will be given reasonable notice of material changes.

Termination

Either party may withdraw from the Partner Program at any time. Repopilot.ai may immediately terminate a partner account if it discovers that the partner has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or acted in a way that could affect the firm, its customers, or its reputation.

Unpaid commissions for banned activities or policy infractions may be revoked upon termination.

Liability Limitation

You participate in the Partner Program at your own risk. Repopilot.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in the Partner Program, including loss of revenue, profits, business prospects, or anticipated commissions.

Law Governing

These Partner Program Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any issues arising out of or in connection with the Partner Program will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Haryana, India.
